Step 1 of a hopeful many
Hey BP,
I have got to the point where I am over, over thinking about getting started with my first property. I just want to get going!
I have scoured the foreclosure sites, looked at the rehabs and have researched best and worst case scenarios. I just want to get going!
I need some money plain and simple, or a way around needing the money to get going.
I have found what I believe to be some great opportunities and would like someone, everyone or anyone to help out along the way.
I am thriving for the challenge and know I have the know how ( if not the find out how) to make this work. Above all else I am a persevering expletive that will make this happen, somehow.
