Newbie in north central FL
Hi everyone. My husband and I have decided to look into real estate investment as a way to add to our portfolio. I'm currently trying to gather a list of topics that I need to familiarize myself with so that we can decide if we'd like to purchase a property in the second half of this year. It's certainly a bit intimidating, but exciting at the same time!
