New member in Charlotte, NC
I am new to real estate investing and would like to get started with guidance from senior members. Focus would be to start with SF in and around Charlotte. I am specifically looking for 4-5 buy and hold properties this year which would be predominantly cash purchases.
Looking forward to some great advice and possible working relationship with local members in Charlotte.
