Cincinnati newcomer
I am a relative newcomer to real estate investing. My goal is to get momentum rolling by starting off wholesaling to network and get some experience under my belt. I am then going to parlay that into flipping, along with cash flow properties and eventually commercial and possibly new construction. I believe it "takes a village" so I am excited to be part of the BP community. That being said, I welcome any and all tips, tricks, advice, warnings and support.
