With over 20 years of experience in the Florida real estate market, I have experienced all cycles and understand the evolving changes that occur throughout all parts of the state. I currently reside in Jacksonville(the 4th highest foreclosure rated city in the US). I believe that there are unrepresented opportunities to grow a highly profitable portfolio in North Florida and it is a sleeper to a large degree. I am seeking to work with crowd funds, hard money lenders, private lenders or over mutually profitable opprtunities/partners who share this vision and ans see the value in building a strong ROI by buying low, flipping, holding or both.

I completely agree, I live in south Florida and have not breached into north Florida but from I hear there's plenty of potential not being tapped out there.
