With over 20 years of experience in the Florida real estate market, I have experienced all cycles and understand the evolving changes that occur throughout all parts of the state. I currently reside in Jacksonville(the 4th highest foreclosure rated city in the US). I believe that there are unrepresented opportunities to grow a highly profitable portfolio in North Florida and it is a sleeper to a large degree.
