New to REI in Lancaster, PA
Hey everyone, my name's Doug Simpson, I've been lurking for a while reading posts and listening to podcasts, and finally decided to take the plunge and sign up. I just moved to Lancaster, PA and am ready to start making something happen. I'm a mining engineer by day, and while I enjoy my job, don't feel like working 60+ hours a week for the next 40 years. I'm primarily interested in buy and hold properties to generate passive income, but my skills and experience tend to lean more towards fix and flip type projects. I'm looking to learn a whole bunch, network a little bit, and hopefully advance my REI career. Glad to be here!
