New member from CA - looking for property in Maryland
Hi there,
I'm brand new to the site but have been listening to the podcast for several months now. It'd be fair to say I currently fall into the "paralysis by analysis" category. I'm looking for property in Maryland as rental investments since San Diego (home) is expensive and I have family and contractor connections in MD. It is great to connect with everyone here!
