Veteran interested in renting to military
Hello. I am retired military veteran looking for advice and guidance in renting properties to military members in the greater Columbus/Ft Benning GA area. I need to consolidate several rental properties located at different past assignment locations. Thanks in advance for assistance.

I'm currently active duty AF and recommend a 1031 exchange to consolidate your properties. This will help you be able to purchase a larger multi family in the area you are looking for. I think it's great to stay in a market you know.
