Hello to the BP community!  My name is Joel, I live in Atlanta, and have been investing with my wife for 8 years.  She and I own one property together, and she has two more in her retirement account.  

I'm looking for wholesaling and/or rehab/flip opportunities, with the goal of building up a portfolio of properties that generate cash flow for retirement.
