Hi! I'm Gina Worsham of North Little Rock, Arkansas. I've recently started my adventure as a Real Estate Wholesaler. I enjoy finding solutions for people who are needing to buy or sell a home. My "day job" for the last 18 years has been as a bookkeeper and business consultant. I enjoy helping individuals start and grow companies. As I started looking for additional revenue streams, I began to learn about wholesaling. I partnered with my Mom, Elizabeth, who has flipped houses before to form Willow Springs Properties, LLC. My goal is to be able to wholesale at least 2 homes a month for 6 months then begin rehabbing, and buy and hold rental properties.
