New Member/Investor from Florida
I am a new Member to the site, which I found through the Bigger Pockets Podcasts. I live in the Dade City area (North of Tampa), and I have just completed my first flip. 2/2 1,035 Sq Ft that I purchased For Sale By Owner. Converted garage into a Master Bedroom with Bathroom. Final Sq Footage after rehab will be 1,400 Sq Ft. House is going on market this week. Looking forward to completing this first project and move on to the next flip!
The goal is to continue with Flips in our area and start acquiring rentals for long term holds. I would like to grow my list of wholesalers, meet other investors, join REO groups and get together with any Bigger Podcast members for meet ups.
