I have cultivated a deep knowledge of the title and escrow industry through 17 years of hands-on experience. After 8 years of working at various title companies, I opened Charger Title Insurance Agency, Inc. While Charger Title is located in Utah County, we close files not just in Utah but across most of the 50 states. I work with a wide variety of clients, from hard money lenders, to investors, to first time home buyers and basic refinances.
When not hard at work on client’s files I'm busy investing on my own rental properties. I started investing in real estate in 2001 and have done seller carry transactions, hard money loans, traditional lending and rehabbing on my own rental properties. I currently have 9 rental properties and hold these in varies ways.
