Hi, Just joining BP. I held onto my previous house on the EastSide of seattle when I moved up here to beautiful Anacortes. Just refied it and am looking for some of these elusive great deals. I found one multi-family in eastern WA I hope to close on in February. Single-, multi-, I don't care, I'm just looking for cash to help get the kids through college. I'll be in the kids-in-college business for a while!
