invester in Louisville
Hi all! I thought I had done this already, but I guess not so here I am, introducing myself ;)
My name is Brock Halstead and my wife and I founded blue fish property group, Inc in Febrary 2015. I've been in real estate part time since 2007 as an agent, but now I'm moving up to Investor! At bfpg, we rehab single family homes in the Louisville, KY areas and are always on the look for our next deal. We currently have a property in Audubon that is about to be wrapped up so we need the next one asap! We're looking to do 10-15 deals in 2016 and will likely branch out into distressed commercial properties as well.
