Land Note Seller - South Carolina
I have been involved in the buying and selling of portfolios of land notes for over 8 years. I spent the majority of that time traveling the country for small public company that had a niche in acquiring owner financed land notes. I have spent the past 5-6 years in other business ventures but recently crossed paths with an old customer and am back in the business. I own a small portfolio of land paper that EJD Land holds but have access to millions to sell. I am looking for a good conduit of land paper in the South Carolina market.
