Beginner from Surprise, Arizona
Hello BP community, im glad to have found you!
I'm John Duffy, originally from the Seattle, WA area and move to AZ some 11 years ago. I am brand new to REI, however, it has been an unrealized though im my mind for over a decade now. Now, im going to take massive action and make it my reality!
My immediate goal as a REI is wholesale properties. Then moving into fix and flip and eventually, holding properties for passive income...
Over teh last few months, I have engaged myself in extensive (REI..) training. I now know a lot and yet realize i know oh so little, but an excellent student i shall remain. At the stage of my life i have 100% passion, drive and initiative to make REI my full time "job"...I'm all in!
Looking to make connections and gain knowledge from anyone and everyone. As i gain i will in turn give back. Let's do this!!!
