Hi, I am new to real estate. I was born and raised here in Florida. I've read and unfortunately paid for self help books about real estate. ("Set your real estate on auto pilot") When it comes down to the bare facts unless I've done one deal I can't understand heads or tails of what to expect. I really want to learn. Just don't want to land in prison or debt because I didn't understand the rules.
