Lifelong Learner Newbie from Austin

Hello!

I'm new to real estate investing, but am very hungry. I've been in the education sector for the past several years. Middle school teacher, elementary school teacher, then started a group of schools myself and now run them as ceo. I'm very interested in learning the ins and outs of real estate investing. My wife and I have our first investment property in Austin, TX, and are looking to grow our portfolio, and learn a ton along the way.
