Hello all
Hi all. I am native NYer who moved to NC about 8-1/2 years ago. Just before I moved I purchased one half of a duplex house via an estate sale and flipped it within 30 days.
I live outside of Raleigh, NC. I've been working in the IT field for 15 years. I am eager to get out of IT and start creating an income on my own terms via Real Estate. I know that it will take some time but I am hoping that I can create a successful business in the next 4 years that will allow me to leave my job and fund my daughter's college education as well
