hello! I'm a fulltime registered nurse in one of the big hospitals here in downtown dallas, tx. Me and my husband who is an architect by profession (back in the Philippines) are interested in joining flipping houses but we don't know where to start and we don't have the money to start either. Do we need to get a license to start flipping houses?
