NE Ohio Investor
I am Matt. I live and invest in NE Ohio. I'm new to BP, but I have been investing in real estate since 1995. I am mostly a buy and hold investor of single family homes, but also have multi family and commercial real estate.
I joined BP to meet other investors, grow my network, learn from others, share what I know and find new opportunities. I have enjoyed the podcasts, which originally brought me to BP.
In 2014 I began flipping homes. I have done five of these projects to date. My original reason for flipping was to make profits, which I could invest in more buy and hold properties, but I have also found satisfaction in improving neighborhoods and bringing "like new" or greatly improved homes to happy families. I have really enjoyed the creative side of flipping.
I hope to get more involved in BP!

I'm a contractor in Adrian, Mi.
We do a lot of work in Perrysberg/ Toledo/ Sylvania. I want people to team up with! Currently, I'm looking to do a 10-50 unit multi family flip or spec build.
