Hello Everyone,

I bought my first home ( a fixer upper)  in the late 80's for $15,000 and learned how to rehab as finances allowed. I got the bug and confidence to buy another fixer upper 15 years later. I enjoy rehabbing houses but it is now time to think about some passive income for retirement. I purchased my first single family rental in 2015 and would like to add more. My goal is to have enough rentals so that I do not have to count on social security and maybe retire a little bit early.

I am looking forward to the education and information that bigger pockets offers.
