I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thanks for welcoming me aboard this RE investment platform. I am just getting my feet wet with my RE investment venture and appreciate all the info and resources I've been able to access and use via BiggerPockets thus far. It amazes me that in this cut-throat world we live in, their are folks out there willing to share and mentor others in pursuing their business goals and financial success.
