Aspiring Investor from Philadelphia
Hi BP community. Wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is John Carelli and I am new to real estate investing. I look forward to learning, engaging the community, and taking steps to acquire my first property. I originally grew up in Allentown, went to college in Philly and have since lived here. My goal is to get into buy/holds and generate some passive income. I'm relatively young so I view this strategy as a great way to set up my family for financial success down the road. I feel like Philly and the surrending areas are a great place to get started.
Quick question for everyone - any recommendations on local real estate clubs to join? My first goal is simply to network, learn, and see how I can add value.
