Hi - after having discovered BP a few weeks ago when I decided to make better use of my commute, I decided to take the plunge and join the site.  My name is Scott Lindley, and I live in Sammamish, WA, which is about 20 minutes east of Seattle.  I'm currently the Director of Business Development for an Everett-based commercial general contractor and have been involved in construction for over 20 years.  My previous experience in real estate investing includes land development, foreclosures, flips, and SF home construction, all of which I got into around 2004-2009, after I had sold a successful subcontracting business and started looking for some property. Things rolled along really well right up until they didn't, and having now dug myself out of a nice hole, I'm anxious to make use of what I learned to ensure my goals of long term buy/hold investing in SF and MF properties turns out better this time around.  Looking forward to learning more on BP, and happy to connect with local investors in the Puget Sound region.  Bonus if you play an instrument (I play guitar) or enjoy motorcycles:-)  Thanks - Scott
