New Member From Kingman Arizona
Hello All,
I've been lurking on the site for a while. I'm 31 and my wife and I have been investing since 2009. We now have 5 rentals and 2 recreation properties that are vacant land. Just recently I have decided to start investing in real estate like we mean it and approach it more than casually, so I am currently taking my real estate license classes.
I also just spoke to a local broker today that I hit it off with very well. He said to come back and see him once I get my license.
I just wanted to thank everyone here for all the great material, and hopefully I can pay it back by answering some of the questions for the new property managers on the board. One day I'll have enough material for a book! Haha.
Oh, and yes, the name thing is quite the coincidence! I still have trouble listening to the podcast without thinking someone is calling my name!
