New Member in Texas
Hello BP community I'm Iretta Simpson. I live in Richardson, Texas which is on the northeast border of Dallas. I currently work in logistics for a national laboratory. I have been interested in real estate investing for about 20 years but never had the money to invest. A friend of mine told me how she was making money finding properties for investors. It peaked my interested so I started looking online for info and came across this site. I don't have a clue where to start, but I just downloaded the free book. With that and help from this site I hope to make enough money to replace my income and retire. I'm excited that everyone is willing to help and that a site like this exists!
