Hello Bigger Pockets community! I found the Bigger Pockets podcast about 6 months ago; I've learned so much from the podcast! I decided to join and become an active member on the site to gain more knowledge and learn about various investment strategies. We have 1 property in Florida; however, we are interested in building our real estate portfolio, buy and hold, flip, if the opportunity presents, in and around the Chattanooga, TN and Atlanta, GA areas.
