Newbie Couple from NYC
My wife and I have thought about venturing into the world of real estate investing for a couple of years now but have been reluctant to pull the trigger (hard to justify risking your savings with three kids and college on the horizon). Recently though the urge to obtain our financial freedom is growing stronger each day and we agree the time to "jump" has come. We have no prior experience in REI and are looking for some direction.
