HighPoint Assets - Concasa Realty - New to the Forums

Hello Everyone!

@Andy Wu introduced me to this website.  I am a new realtor but not new to the real estate market.  I work for Concasa Realty who has 30 years experience buying and selling homes along with personal investing experience (flipping, buy and hold, wholesaling).  

I am looking to expand my connections in Atlanta and the real estate market in general, feel free to shoot me a message to say hello :)

I've worked with Key Property Construction as the Operations Manager for rehab projects and worked with accounting to evaluate ROI and IRR on a job specific and portfolio specific level.

I am in the process of creating HighPoint Assets which will include investing, property management, renovations, and real estate transactions (buying and selling) as mentioned above.

In the future, I will be interested in moving towards commercial opportunities.
