Hi All!

I am a Pittsburgh native who has long been interested in real estate but didn't exactly know where to start in terms of analyzing deals, valuing properties, etc. I own a couple of houses and vacant lots in Pittsburgh and rehabbed one of these pretty much on my own (not recommended! although I did learn a lot!).  I learned of Bigger Pockets in late December of last year and since then have put some serious time in bringing myself up to speed. I have really enjoyed all of the excellent content and tools and am now in the process of looking for deals. I'm primarily interested in buy and hold of single and (preferably) small multifamily rental units but am also looking at potential flips. I look forward to interacting with and learning from you all as I begin to grow my business.

Matt
