I'm Dylan from Mass. VERY new to real estate investing. I've read a few books, poked around these forums without an account and have listened to multiple BP podcasts and figured it was time to make an account and say hello!

This is a great place to learn.  Definitely check out the Ultimate Beginner's Guide and listen to all the podcasts.  The Book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs are also very good sources of information.  You should check them out.

I think the most important thing is talking to everyone about your aspirations as well as attending REIAs in the area.  I would definitely check out the Black Diamond meeting which alternates monthly between Worcester and Waltham.  There are no sales pitches which is nice.
