Hi team,

I would like to re-introduce myself - my wife and I recently moved from London, UK to Phoenix, AZ. Real estate prices (along with the weather) seem much more reasonable here than in London.

I grew up in Vancouver, Canada and spent the last 5 years out in London, UK. Life's latest adventure brought us over to Phoenix.

Career is going well - but like many of you, I'm excited about creating passive income and building a personal business.
