hello I am new to this community and wanted to introduce myself. I am a full service contractor currently doing full service remodel and custom homes for retail and wholesale. As of late, I have been hired by many investors to either build them a spec home or remodel a flip.

I also build spec homes and do flip remodels for myself. I have been using all cash in the past but now have joined this community to find out and gather information from other members on how to use financing for these projects.
