I have recently relocated to Charlotte from the NYC/NJ area. I have two rental properties in NYC/NJ but I am looking to start wholesaling in Charlotte. I would encourage you to go to meetup.com and search "real estate investing" and you will have a list of the meeting opportunities in the area. go to several and network. I would be a potential buyer for properties near that city that are "knock down" and rebuild potential. Also Retail Rehab potential properties from I-85 on the north side down to Matthews area.
