I am new here to BP, and actually am property managing one property that I will be looking to begin looking for renters this week. Any suggestions on forms, websites to use to post the property, advice, etc... I am hoping this year to also start looking to flip homes, but searching for an investor. Any advice on this topic too would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

@Mark Laughlin - welcome to BP.  We used to use Postlets to list our properties.  Postlets would push the ads out to multiple other listing sites.  It was recently absorbed by Zillow, and I don't know how the process/site may have changed - check around BP for a thread on the topic.
