Hello I'm Jessica I'm a new wholesaler in the city of Chicago. I'm excited to join the Bigger Pockets community! I currently don't have any experience with real estate investment, but I've learned a lot about wholesale and now I'm excited to start. I was wondering if there is any recommendations of investor friendly title companies or any tips on where I can generate a good buyers list, any mentions would be so great. Guaranty National Title downtown is very investor friendly and has good rates. I know a few wholesalers that use them almost exclusively
