Part-time (for now) Investor in Greenville, SC
Hi, 41 year old in Greenville, SC. Own a single family, duplex, and multiplex (4 units). Full time computer programmer looking to earn enough passive income to quit and become a full time investor. Will be looking for flips, remods, buy and hold. Also very interested in learning more about the wholesaling business. I've been listening to the podcasts and trying to read all the books, so looking for as much information as I can digest. Hope to meet some folks near and far who can help me learn as much as possible about the exciting world of real estate!
