Hello everyone,
My name is Remi Noel, I'm a 32 year old male looking to network with like minded local investors. In 2015 my wife and I took the leap and invested in real estate coaching to educate ourselves. Well the hook sunk and now look at investing completely differently. We sold some assets, restructured our mortgage, bought an rental property, moved our RRSPs to a self directed account and allocated them on several land developments. This also all happened while adjusting to life with a family addition of our son Jensen.
In January 2016 I took the leap and resigned from my Project Management job to complete my rental property basement suite and look for further endeavours.
I look forward to corresponding and hopefully meeting some of you in the near future.
