Hello Bigger Pockets Community!!! I'm so excited to be a part of what I hear to be an amazing community. I reside in Beautiful Myrtle Beach Sc. I am married with 3 wonderful children. My current Occupation is HVAC sales and service with the biggest company in the area. I've started 3 small businesses in my life but all have sadly failed. I wouldn't say they failed because of my doings but more along the lines of not the right business in the right market. I joined this community as a complete Newbie to the real estate world. What I hope to gain is an insight on the business of real estate investing and flipping homes for profit. Maybe down the line id like to invest in some rental properties for some cash flow. Again I have no idea where to start in this industry but as far as flipping homes I can do a lot of the work myself. Also I may venture into selling the homes myself to keep more profit for now. I've always been the entrepreneurial type and am very self motivated. I know with the right knowledge and the right partners I could make this my career.
