Hello Bigger Pockets Family!

My name is Jeff, I'm here in the Charlotte, NC area and fairly new to real estate investing. I've been doing a ton of reading on real estate in general and how to run a real estate business. I'm hoping I can get some of my questions answered here on BP. For starters, I have formed an LLC, formed several relationships with agents, ordering "We buy homes" signs this week, and business cards following the readings I found. However, I consistently hear about "systems". To me this means having a software, not necessarily a tool like a calculator or spreadsheet, but software like Blyncc. How vital is the purchasing of a software system to the success of a real estate business early on? If you are using a software system and don't mind sharing, which one are you using, and why that specific one? If you compared it to running the business without it, what business would look like? Thank you in advance for your time and feedback any and all responses are l appreciated.
