Wholesaler In Orlando Florida
Hello all,
I have been a BP follower for the last 1 year or so. Learned a lot and still learning so much. Thanks everyone for the great post and advise everyone here always give. My husband and I recently moved to the Orlando after 25 years of circling the US from installation to instillation. I am learning the market, but was bless to close a few wholesale deals in the few months we've been here.
I am looking to network with anyone in the REI world in the local market. I started attending the CFRI meetings and looking to do whatever it takes to master this territory. I will welcome any advise and is willing to do whatever it takes to learn from the experience investors in the area.
Right now, we will continue to wholesale, while cherrypicking the best deals to start our buy and hold portfolio.
