Hello BP,

I am an investor in the Houston area and have some wholesale deals coming available. They are buy and hold deals and  will cash flow well. I like to flip and have been coming across homes that will make great rentals but not great flips. If you are interested in these types of deals let me know and I will add you to my contact list. If anyone has any good wholesale deals that will make a good flip liet me know as well!
