New REI in Nashville
Hello everyone, I am a new investor recently moved to Nashville from Philadelphia. Big fan of BP and after listening to all their podcasts, decided to join the site and get connected. I have recently joined REINtn and looking forward to my next meeting.
I am interested in Nashville and Clarksville area and going to start looking in Dickson area soon. Interested in long term buy and hold rentals. Any help/tip is appreciated. Currently under contract for two parcels of land in Clarksville, which I am looking to develop in the future.
Anyone here from Clarksville? Any speculation on growth to the area? I have been looking around downtown, but should I be looking somewhere else? I look forward to hearing from you all!
