I'm 21 years old and I go the The Ohio State University. I've recently become very interesting in real estate investing and I want to get started ASAP. I know nothing more than what I've been reading/ listening to on Bigger Pockets. I'm really looking forward to maybe meeting with some of you and maybe even make some deals with you guys!

@Tom Ott

Thanks for the introduction! I am actually from Cleveland (Aurora), so I am back there all the time. I would love to learn more about the real estate market up by Cleveland, as i'm sure it holds many great deals.

I think my main goal in real estate, as of now, would be to learn more about flipping houses. Specifically, finding contractors, finding the right deals, and estimating costs.

Something that I think would be effective for me is to find someone who is currently seeking deals and see if they would allow me to shadow and help in any way. I think the best way to learn would be hands on experience so i want to get started as soon as I can.
