Hit the ground running!
I have been on BP for a few weeks and just moved up to "PRO" but never really posted on here as a new investor. I am a guy looking to grow in REI. I am a Realtor in Texas, and I want to get into flipping and wholesaling but am having trouble getting started. My long term goal it to buy and hold multi family and SFR units and I have 3 SFRs now but I want a lot more! I am here in the Dallas area to help anyone who needs something I can do, and even if I can't I will still try to make it happen. I do not believe you get something for nothing, so I am also looking to trade time and resources for knowledge and mentorship with anyone who has the hart of a teacher.
