Introduction
Good morning,
My business partner and I (both raised in the Metro Atlanta area) recently started our real estate investing company. We are currently making plans to do our first deal. For now we are looking to get into the buy and hold SFR/Duplex space; we are also looking to grow our network in our desired market, which is (ITP) Inside the Perimeter of Atlanta. We have done a lot of research and market analysis, and we have a pretty good idea of the type of deal we're looking for. So far we've been doing a lot of surfing on sites like Zillow and Trulia, but have not come across anything particularly appealing. Does anyone have any suggestions, websites, or tips to find deals (especially in the Atlanta area)?
