Hello All,
Just trying to get acquainted with the site. I recently bought my first multi-family rental property and am living in half and renting out the other half. I needed a place to live and was tired of crappy landlords. I think I've been doing a good job so far but obviously I'm new to the game so what do I know. Anyway I'm looking to learn more and make a more educated decision with the next property I buy. Any tips would be welcome.
