Hello Investors,

My name is Lance and I have ben a part time investor since 2009. I started flipping houses but I am now in a buy and hold position. I enjoy doing a lot of the work myself and want to take my investing to another level. I came across BP by accident and am thrilled to see how much information is available. This is exactly what I need and am looking forward to being part of the BP community.
