Hi Everyone - New member in Milwaukee. Always been interested in real estate and finally getting into a position where I will have capital for my first investment in the next ~12 months. I will be partnering with a close friend to get started on our first investment. Love the podcasts and looking forward to learning from everyone here on BP!
